“Would so recommend this place! The hubs and I went today for dinner, first time. Our waitress was awesome and was asking us if we were good or needed refills. I wish I got her name. The food was AMAZING. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, wings, pizza and burger with fries. It was all done correct and delicious . Definitely coming back specially for the wings. I think the pricing was good!”

“I hesitated going in. Thinking it was just a little tea room with small bites but my friends said "lets take a chance" and I'm glad I did. The food was amazing as it is made from scratch by the family who owns it. The owner came to talk to us and told us the history. The other thing that was really cool was the boutique and gift shop that is part of the restaurant.”

“Great boneless wings although the staff need to learn the menu! the order was called in and the girl who answered said the don’t have a Beefs signature sauce. ???? she argued with me saying they only have buffalo. I said I order the same thing every time and she still said they did not have that sauce. So I was only able to order the buffalo. Once in the restaurant I looked at the menu and sure enough they have buffalo medium and signature buffalo - 2 different sauces ! Wow the customer was right ! So I had to wait longer for my to go order while they fixed me the correct wings I tried to order via phone!”

“It is a "Matter of Taste" when it comes to this place's sitting arrangement which to me is odd. But, I just embraced its awkwardness when my order came. A most exquisite spinach omelette named after Popeye whereby every morsel is simply divine to your palette. And ambiance made more special given the many pictures of Marilyn Monroe on their walls. Somehow reminiscent of the diva's restaurant in Tower Hotel in Niagara Falls. Great place and service...not too sure about sitting arrangement...”

While the service was great...the food wasn't. Pretty standard fare but not a lot of flavor. There were a number of us so we were able to try quite an assortment. One in our party loved their meal. The rest of us are not likely to return anytime soon.”

“Outside appearance is nice. Drive thru wraps around and is one lane which can clog traffic up during busier times. Mens restroom was in very bad order. Donuts were plentiful behind the counter, and looked fresh. Placed order for a Coffee, hot Chocolate, and breakfast wraps. Food and beverages were as expected. Staff was friendly and accommodating during visit.”

A unique feature at this location is the additional window for the drive thru which they have you park at if your order is not ready. The dining area was very nice looking and it was clean. “Amazing baked goods - all gluten free. Best gf bread I've found in two countries. #1 on the list is the Mock Wheat for me, but I've had the white and the Italian rolls. While we're in Florida (4 months a year) I buy all my baked goods from her. Even my husband likes her stuff (his fave are the apple cider donuts and donut holes) and her sugar cookies are the best! I wish she had one in Canada! Also the friendliest people! Highly recommended. We're in Lakeland, but I'd rather drive to her place than anywhere else.”

“To be fair, I have to admit that if you are looking for hot, deep oil fried fish and chicken, this is the place. I prefer Captain D's over other brands because there are no bones. The batter fried on the fish remains crispy longer then most. Cole slaw, green beans, baked potatoes are my choice. Fries are more limp than I like and macaroni & cheese has that box taste to me. The delivery of food is longer than most fast food joints, but well worth the wait.”

“Evelyn is an amazing server. She was prompt and polite and so kind and considerate. She was attentive to our table throughout our entire experience. I enjoyed her service so much that I had to know when she would be there so that our next experience could be as good as this last one. Smitty's is great, generous portions at reasonable prices & the cook is on point (big fella with goatee????????) and able to turn out eggs and steaks at the temperature they were ordered (that's something to applaud), I can count on hot food hot and cold food cold. I know that this review is supposed to be for the restaurant but really these 5 stars are hers add his. My mom, my son and I thank you Evelyn ???????? and kitchen staff. “Best pizza in Florida, sauce is a touch spicy (which we love) food is hot and fresh always. The free flavored crusts make a pie excellent. Sides are amazing. Price is low. If we pick up it's ready in around ten minutes (15 if it's Friday or Saturday night), if we get delivery it's about a half hour or less. From a long time delivery driver for Papa John's I can't recommend Hungry Howie's enough.”
