Take note restaurant managers! This is how you create raving fans out of ordinary customers: Today was my Birthday, and I chose to go to Carrabba's because my husband and I always have a wonderful experience here. The food is always fabulous and the service is exceptional. Tonight we chose to sit at the "pasta bar." For those who haven't experienced this before, as we hadn't, you sit in front of the chefs as they prepare food. Super cool...right? Well unfortunately, while our server was very kind and efficient, we felt like we had been "forgotten" several times throughout our meal. We didn't complain, but apparently the waitress and/or manager realized this error. The manager brought our entrees over, apologized for the wait and paid for our entire meal. We are not simply satisfied customers of Carrabba's, we are Raving Fans!
We had not been to Carrabba's for some time. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious lunch today. The lentel/sausage soup was excellent! And, the waitresses were friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely will return...soon!
I really enjoyed dinner here. I've only been to this location but everytime I've had an effortless dinner. This recent time we came there was a little bit of a wait but not too long. Our server was amazing and I wish I remembered his name. The food is amazing as always and the great prices are great. I highly recommend this place for a nice family dinner!
Good food and excellent service! Everyone was very polite. I don't remember my server's name, but he kept us updated on the time frame for each course, he was right on top of refills, and very pleasant throughout our visit. Fair amount of food, went home with leftovers!
I haven't been to Carrabba's in about a year. I walked in, all the tables were dirty. We had to wait a few minutes for somebody to wipe the table off. We had an appetizer of calamari which was not very good. The calamari was dry and chewy. Shrimp scampi appetizer was very good. A happy hour wine, two glasses of wine cost me about $14 not really happy hour if you ask me. Floors were dirty and the bathroom was not up to par for a restaurant such as Carrabba's. I'm not sure what's happened with the management here, but the food was good but the service and atmosphere was below par for what I expect from Carrabba's. Ever since the change in the restaurants approximately 10 years ago it just has not been what it used to be. I used to spend about $50 and get a fantastic meal with a fantastic atmosphere and fantastic service summation point it is just not the same anymore. It's too bad because I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
