“Pretty cool warehouse vibe, wide open, however that makes for a lot of noise so a little hard to hear our conversation. Food was good, prices entrees seem to average $30 or more. Good service. Complimentary valet parking. Fire pit on outside deck looked nice but we were inside. Big fireplace, nice Christmas decorations. Bar seats close together so did not seem like any social distancing going on. The chairs are backless so they are sharp looking but not comfortable for everyone. I would recommend trying this place out.”

“If you walk in and 'T' is working there is a 95% chance you are going to get an amazing sandwich. T is friendly, conversational, and polite all while doing his job. I live near several subways but each time I'll head over to this one first to get my sandwich made by T. Not to say the other workers aren't good as well, but no matter what's going on in his life it seams to me that T is there to make the customer happy.”

“Where to begin? Easily, the HIGHLIGHT of our vacation. We stumble upon this dessert bar by accident after our anniversary dinner. We were looking for dessert and, at simple view, the location seemed closed and out of business. Little did we know! From the moment you walk into the establishment the experience is out of this world. We were greeted right away and although they were at capacity for the evening, they still welcomed us and worked with us to get us in. All they had left was one bar area that had the perfect amount seats for us. The atmosphere of the restaurant is brilliant. The desserts? No words would ever make justice to how amazing they were... all of them... the cocktails and the desserts. You MUST ask for Maria to be your server. She was phenomenal and hands down the best service we’ve ever received in our lifetime. She was welcoming and shared with us the history of “Better than Sex.” She even, very smoothly, asked why were in town - we shared it was our anniversary and she surprised us with “happy anniversary” tags on our desserts. Again, you MUST ask for her. (If Dani and/or Len read this, she needs to be your team leader/official trainer) The night could’ve not gone better for us as both owners were there that evening. Dani, the master chef and co owner came to our table, offered her congratulations about our special date, and chatted with us. Phenomenal!!! To our surprise, we over heard the announcement that now that they are franchising, a location is coming to our town. Well, all I have left to say is, I will be there OFTEN and will HAPPILY bring all of my friends, family, and also strangers. To Maria, Dani and Len, thank you for making of our very special night one for the books. You made us feel very special!”

“I've visited Nash's several times the past few weeks because of their convenience to my location. Unfortunately, they have yet to find consistency with their service. Their chicken is fresh and they have some of the best fries out there, but as is their service, the food is also inconsistent. I highly recommend ownership places an actual manager on site until their staff is fully trained. You have a chance to be great downtown but mismanagement will be the death of Nash's if not fixed ASAP.”

“A nice location for a beer along the shoreline of then Pier. We stopped by around noon on a weekday and were promptly greeted and offered help choosing a beer. They have around 16 taps with about half IPAs and the rest an assortment of wheat, sour, stout etc. A nice selection of local beers. The pours were mostly in the $6-7 range. The venue itself is smallish but nice, and the ability to grab a beer and sip it while walking down the pier is perfect. When I'm back at the pier, I'll be back at H&P.”

“Teak - St Pete Pier - What makes an exceptional restaurant? Is it the ambience, the food, or the cocktails? If you are one for ambience, Teak is the place for you. It offers panoramic views of downtown St Pete and the Gulf, elegant furnishings, and cloth napkins. Is it the food? Teak's presentation of their food is above average; however, the actual food itself is average – nothing special – perhaps a little too salty. The bar is Teak's weakest link. During both visits to Teak, it took nearly 30 minutes to get a beverage – far too long. They did not have Cointreau to substitute for Triple Sec. Cointreau makes a far better margarita or cosmopolitan than Triple Sec. I would suggest hiring a good knowledgeable bartender. Often, when people go out to dine, sipping on their favorite beverage enhances the experience. So, I would say a 3 star for an overall experience.”
