“I eat very clean and shop at Nature's almost every day- but especially on Wednesdays when they offer 10% off to seniors! Their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is immaculate and well-stocked. Their grass-fed beef is tastier and less expensive than I have found elsewhere. They offer cooking and educational classes several nights a week. I love this store and am thrilled to live only 5 minutes away!”

“Food was good, pretty salty though! I had the seafood platter with a salad (blackened fish, grilled shrimp and fried clam), dad had coconut shrimp and fries and Mum had fish and chips. Both of my parents enjoyed their meals. Customer service was excellent, and the beachfront seating with the sunset was awesome ???????? I had to get up to get utensils, condiments, napkins etc. I didn’t mind, as this is the kind of place the Snack Shack is. I’m sure some people wouldn’t like that though.”

She also recommended the cinnamon buns (but they were only sold on Wednesday and another day we weren't there) so instead I got a muffin- which was super yummy too. “I visited Frida's for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it. The service was personable and prompt. I got a hummus veggie wrap and a coffee and I was stuffed - I couldn't even finish the wrap, but it was delicious. I love that they have vegan desserts. Please do more of them!! :) My only complaint is that when I ordered my wrap, I wasn't informed that certain veggies were extra charges. Avocado was an extra $2, spinach and sprouts were each $1. Those are bit steep for veggies! I ended up paying over $12 for just a veggie wrap. Next time I won't get as much on the wrap now that I know there is such a steep charge on some veggies. Other than that I was really impressed and plan to return. :)”
