“This is my neighborhood Starbucks that I frequent on a daily basis. 99% of the time I get top notch service however, there is one female barista who lacks basic customer service skills. She’s abrasive and I find her tone of voice to be quite rude. No one wants to be spoken to like a little kid at 7am on Sunday morning, especially before we’ve had our morning coffees! I’m leaving 4 stars because the other employees at this store are amazing, let’s not let one bad apple spoil the bunch!”

“Nice store, friendly service. I dont go to Dunkins often anymore because Usually If I want coffee....I'd like to be able to drink it right away. Not an hour later when its cooled down. It's always scorching hot. Burning the roof of your mouth, no fun. Coffee often has a burnt taste , because this is their policy. My policy is to just go elsewhere like WaWa or Speedway. I do not want an ice coffee.... just one at a normal drinking temperature. One day..... Dunking might figure this out.”

“I visited Frida's for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it. The service was personable and prompt. I got a hummus veggie wrap and a coffee and I was stuffed - I couldn't even finish the wrap, but it was delicious. I love that they have vegan desserts. Please do more of them!! :) My only complaint is that when I ordered my wrap, I wasn't informed that certain veggies were extra charges. Avocado was an extra $2, spinach and sprouts were each $1. Those are bit steep for veggies! I ended up paying over $12 for just a veggie wrap. Next time I won't get as much on the wrap now that I know there is such a steep charge on some veggies. Other than that I was really impressed and plan to return. :)”
