Clean and great space. The food, well, it is what we expect from BBQ guru Bracken Smith. If you don’t know, he is The Godfather of BBQ egg rolls. Everything we had was delicious! The chopped chicken was moist and full of flavor. The Monte Cristo and Philly Egg rolls were perfect. I am a stickler for crispy fries and these did not disappoint. Now let’s talk about the Au Jus Burger. It was absolutely delicious!!!! Imagine a juicy burger soaked in Beef Brisket Au Jus. Yes, that is what I said. Slap some cheese and slap it on a grilled bun. Also, his house made BBQ sauces are all on point. Man oh man. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

The food is amazing, the space is clean and spread out. But the reason I'm going to keep coming back and supporting this business is because of the owner's brother- Jason. He happened to see an older gentleman in the dining room with makeshift sling made from a towel around his neck and arm. Jason approached the gentleman and offered him his own sling he got from a doctor's office recently. The older gentleman accepted the offer and I watched his family bind up his arm in a more comfortable and supportive sling. This warmed my heart so much because acts of kindness like this are so rare these days. I could tell Jason really cared about this man. Thank you so much for showing love today. I will be back.

Great "real deal" BBQ. 5 different types of egg rolls, brisket is great. Can't wait to get back and try a new meal (pulled pork is next). Oh, and the have fried SWEET pickles, soooo good. Deserves a 6th star.
