“We have gone here many times. Both the hot food and the desserts are fantastic. Most of the time the staff is very friendly and helpful. 3 stars because there is room for improvement. We have had multiple occasions (five times total) when our order has been prepared incorrectly and we have had to get it corrected. The staff is always very responsive to correcting the order. A couple times when the customer interaction could have been better. One time I asked for a cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, and sauce. When the meal came out with only meat and cheese, instead of apologizing, the staff member said to me, "you ordered it wrong. You need to say 'cheese burger deluxe.'" Another time, Susan from the kitchen reprimanded my husband and I for not hearing her call out our order. "I called you out five times, guys, and even went outside and you didn't answer." My husband apologized, and Susan said nothing else and stormed off. Please work on getting orders correct and improving customer service. For the most part, we love dairy queen.”

“This place gave my hubby diahrea he had the Cuban sandwich and it was hard and tasteless....so he ate from our rice and beans and chicken which is was good and our kids and I didn't get sick.... The cashier she's very nice and I go to them once in a blue moon, usually I go to bravo down south of me but it's like a 15 min drive..but way better food and much more flavorful.... But this place food it's ok but as a Spanish person that grew up all her life in an island I had better....mofongo was ok.... Idk they need a better cook....”

“Quaint and convenient. I like the one waitress, Amy, she was helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The calamari was quite fantastic, but everything else was very mediocre and forgettable. This place is located on the main road and is convenient if you are on the way home or going somewhere and you want a quick bite; but, this place is definitely not a destination on its own. I am no fan of chain restaurants, but a Carrabbas would blow this place away easily. For the price, it was a fair experience - did the job but was lackluster. ”

“This place is amazing! We come here during busy times.... during their down times and we have never had bad service or bad food. The waitresses know us almost personally now but they treat everyone wonderful. The owner comes out to check on things often to ensure everyone is enjoying their meal. That means a lot. “Great service, from my very entry, when I foolishly told my source of transportation I could make it into the building on my own, well thanks for the assistance from the staff. With me on my walker and the staff maneuvered the clearest path for me to my table where my guest was already waiting, however it was not the best seat for me, and they promptly made new seating arrangements. The wait staff was attentive, pleasant and engaging without being intrusive. I went for lunch, the meal proved to be both delicious and filling and with enough leftover for me to have a light dinner, which I'll have with my dessert which I ordered to go Chocolate Brownie Lasagna. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, they have a extensive menu for lunch, from which anyone should be able to find something to eat. Will definitely be heading back here for dinner on my next trip this way.”

You can order and pay online and pick up in the store and this is amazingly convenient. Clean store, and bathroom (plus!) and friendly staff. If you enjoy medeterrainian food. “Bartender amazing, waitstaff amazing. A clean restaurant, which I have found is a rarity in Lakeland due to the hordes of visitors who are sloppy, selfish pigs. One issue: Hostess didn't seem to care that they failed to notify us when the table was ready, acted as if it was not her problem that the text message system didn't work. I voiced my concern to the manager who made us feel valued by immediately acknowledging said concern and promising to act on it. Food is always great at all properties. A consistent operation.”
