Lucille's American Cafe

This is my second visit in as many weeks and I give it 5 stars for both meals! They need to advertise the fact that they have gluten-free bread for their sandwiches as there are a lot of us out there who either need to be or like being gluten-free. And their gluten-free bread is delicious! Last week I had a 1/2 sandwich of tuna salad with a bowl of sirloin chili. Both were great! The chili lasted for two more lunches at home! Today, I had the Lucille's California Chicken Sandwich, which I will definitely be coming back for again! My lunch partner had 1/2 club sandwich and the chili with a side of fries. She also had high praise for her food!

The service in this place was impeccable. The waitress constantly waited on us and was kind and sociable. Including having whatever we needed ahead of time. There was a little wait in our food only because they make pot pies from scratch. The G M than compensate by giving us four free desserts which we had never even complained. So yes I give this place 5 stars and recommend it to anyone. Because the food was delicious also.

This was my second visit. I enjoyed it as much as the first time. Appreciate that they have some nice outdoor seating. The interior ambiance is also nice. The food was delicious, and the manager was good about checking in to see how things were going with service. Our service was fantastic, and they did a good job of finding us a table that would accommodate my wheelchair. Looking forward to my next visit back.

I just had the most amazing meal at Lucille's. The food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. I had the pear and goat cheese salad and it was delectable. My compliments to the owner and his team during this soft opening. I am looking forward to enjoying more meals here and encourage everyone to come out and taste the amazing food. No I am not related to anyone on the staff or owner. Just a Winter Haven resident who comes from NJ and they knocked it out of the ball park for me.

Beautiful restaurant that recognizes how amazing it's location in Winter Haven is with it's food, beverages and art. I want to work my way through all the hand crafted cocktails! My husband wants to try all the Grove Roots beers on tap. Delicious American comfort food. And such good desserts. Well worth the drive if you're anywhere in or traveling through Central Florida
