    Love the new chef at Clayton's. Duck dishes in one of the best in town. Fish is always cooked perfect. Interesting dishes! Great service. Looking forward to our next visit

    Ate here last night..Scott our server was excellent and very helpful. Short ribs were moist and tasty along with the mushroom risotto. Wife had scallops that were also excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.

    My girlfriend and I noticed this place a few times while exploring on the Key. One night while sitting at another restaurant right over the bridge on the mainland (locals will know which one I'm talking about) we waited over 20 minutes for someone to come over and even take our drink orders. 15 minutes later without any drinks we got up and left, deciding to try out Clayton's. Best decision we could have made! Clayton's has quickly become our favorite restaurant in town. My favorite steak in Sarasota and the ambiance is unique to the area. Would strongly suggest anyone, local or snowbird who hasn't been to Clayton's yet to give it a try!

    Service was excellent, waiter almost read our minds. Food was delicious, portions sizable even for appetizer which was a meal in itself. Margaritas were superb. Definitely will go again.

    What a wonderful experience. Food was cooked to perfection and the plate arrangements were very eye appealing. Service was perhaps the best I've seen in a restaurant in a long time. Everyone was very attentive and never did any of our table of 5 need or want for anything. Hat's off to a well oiled machine.
