Oleary's Tiki Bar & Grill

Came here with a group of 7 tonight because reviews said it was a fun place with live music. While it is a great location and there was live music, the food was very unsatisfactory. It’s like fast food where you go up and order, just more expensive. We got burgers, chicken salad sandwich and wraps. Was pretty much the quality of concession stand food. It was a little disappointing. My family and friends will not be returning. Hope they can work on their food because it has a lot of potential.

Really enjoyed this place! The Tiki Bar has great (cheap prices) and the views around the bay are the best for the value. I will be back for another low key evening by the water.

Love the location right on the water. You can bring your dog too. Music is nice. Albert Noe did a great job singing and playing guitar.

Very laid back atmosphere. Food was really good, but some parts of our order was duplicated. We didn't want to have the food wasted and thrown away if returned so we kept it for leftovers. Overall, my family enjoyed themselves, sitting by the water, listening to a live band and good eats.

This is one of my favorite spots in Sarasota. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and outdoors you can choose to sit under cover or not (I typically choose 'not'). Service is quick and typically friendly. Mix of locals and tourists. Dog friendly with mostly responsible owners in my experience. Food is good and I really enjoy the water front view. For families, there is a nice park for kids about 50 yards away.
