“Tonight I saw a very large woman complain about a Mac and cheese cup not being filled enough (it was at the rim) she asked for more and then was extremely rude to the poor girl behind the counter. She did not retaliate and I give her all the credit in the world. If that fat a** rude woman reads this I hope you see a treadmill soon. The overnight person was fast, friendly, but rushed my order at another car ordered as she was preparing my order. She forgot the ketchup for the fries :'( they were fresh, hot, crispy, almost the perfect amount of salt, but she forgot the ketchup! I was so sad ????. And she was a cute girl too... So sad. I almost got the perfect ????! Would like to be put in the book for a free medium Fry if the GM or other manager reads this. I'll be back again some weekend night after driving party goes from place to place assisting keeping the roads safe. Thanks in advance!”

“First off, I rarely go to a McDonald's but we were grabbing a quick bite on the way up North to the beach. But! I'm glad that we stopped here because I was shocked at the service and quality of the food for being a McDonald's. I will go from start to finish to thoroughly detail our experience. The place was busy so we used the self checkout screen to make our order, first time using it and it was easy to use and I was pleased by it. We got our food in a timely manner but they forgot our sauces, when I went up just to ask for the sauces, I did not complain but the person who gave me the sauces corrected the people saying they are not fulfilling orders properly. It's awesome that they correct it and they seemed legitimately caring. The food was beyond my expectations for a fast food restaurant, I don't know if they get their beef from a different source but it was almost a sit down restaurant quality. Way to exceed expectations, McDonald's! I was fully expecting staff to not care about your order and the food to be poorly made, but it was the exact opposite. It was a breath of fresh air.”
