“My boyfriend and I were searching for a place to grab breakfast and we’re just blown away at how cute this place was !! The food was delicious! We had the breakfast empanadas, which were incredible and served with a delicious 🤤 jalapeño avocado dipping sauce. I got the fridas latte and my boyfriend got the cafe con leche and we were both impressed on how great both drinks were. Lastly, the best part about the whole place is the owner, she’s a sweet single mom who’s put her all into her small business and it shows. We will definitely be back and will be bringing friends!”

We started coming here a few weeks ago, and this is pretty much the only place we come to for a quick and delicious breakfast. The food is made fresh, and the prices on everything is super reasonable. My boyfriend, myself, and his brother can eat for about $20 or less depending on how hungry we are that day! The customer service is amazing they are always super friendly, and nice. I highly recommend making this your breakfast stop, and they do also have some lunch items like chicken strips, chicken wraps etc! Amazing place :D”

He needs to be more courteous towards his customers . He is a bit rude towards his customers. Respect goes along way but he portrays none of the such as I've been there multiple times and always speculates onto my visits as someone of no good. His higher up should teach him some kind of discretion towards customers. In the end I held the door open for him to enter and he, nor his higher up did not say thank you. Pretty rude for people trying to run a business The staff there, however are very respectful . It is in Patrick's demeanor to behave in such a disrespectful manner .”

“Usually visit Perkins over the weekends when they are open 24 hours, Friday and Saturday. Their breakfast is good, with interesting specials every month or so. The staff are always bright and courteous, even if the odd mistake is made. They also have a great variety of pastries and pies. I also love their book shelves, where the proceeds go to charity and you can also bring in books to donate, along with stuffed animals. Would recommend for a family breakfast spot.”
