“If I could give it 10 stars I would! Love this place. We are Covid high risk, so we have only had delivery, but we have ordered delivery probably six-ish times. Our favorite is their Cuban Sandwich. Now, if you are a Floridian, you know that good Cuban Sandwiches are hard to find outside Miami's Cuban district. This deli makes a perfect, simply amazing Cuban Sandwich. Before we found these folks, we used to drive to West Palm Beach to get a Cuban Sandwich that was made by ... well ... Cubans. Butcher Block does a terrific Cuban, so much so, that we have ordered it in Port Saint Lucie and driven it up to Palm Beach Gardens for family dinners. Way to go Butcher Block. You rock Cuban style! A+++++++ Having said all of that, business owner or manager please read this: NO ONE ANSWERS BUTCHER BLOCK DELI PHONE. We have tried to phone the business on three different times during working hours over a 45 day period and every time there is a voicemail message that says "The voice mailbox has not been set up yet." That is not the way to run a business. Please fix the phone service. This is not an unreasonable request of a business with a storefront location.”

I've only had a pizza like this in one other place and it was at a mom and pop place in west central Ohio. They also cut their slices in squares, and let me tell you, Rosati's understands what you see in your mind when you say extra cheese, again, NAILED IT!!! I was so excited about this pizza, I KNOW RIGHT, EXCITED??? ABOUT PIZZA??? YES excited to finally taste a little something from back home, I couldn't ask for more. I'll leave you with this, as I sit here stuffed to the gills, I've never had pizza from Chicago as I've never been there so I can't compare this pizza to their pizza, I can only say this is great pizza, sorry gotta say it, NO MATTER HOW YOU SLICE IT!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Keep in mind their delivery time may be slightly longer than the chain stores, but trust me it's worth the wait, and perfection takes time!!! I ordered online so I can't comment on the staff, but the delivery driver was great and the online ordering was very user friendly. “This place was my go to pizza place however the past few months have not been a good experience. My recent order took 1.5 hours to get the pizza delivered and it arrived cold. It was not the first time this has happened. That same experience happened two other times in the past three months. Also, I ask for a side of sauce with the garlic knots, they have consistently not add the sauce for the past five times I ordered them, my most recent order finally had sauce. Six times in three months I have ordered delivery from this place. 50% of those orders had food temperature issues. Three of them were 30 minutes or more past the expected delivery. ALL the 30+ min late deliveries were cold. When I pick the food up I have no issues. Food is always hot, wait is minimal, order is correct. Owner called me and left a message to fix the issue after seeing the review. That’s good customer service. I’m not looking for anything free or to fix this recent order. Just looking for better consistency.”
