    My spouse and I have recently had brunches on two occasions and have been extremely impressed with the service, food and efficiency by which The Flying Biscuit operates. The waitresses have been extremely friendly, caring and observant (coffee refills), despite being extremely busy at all times. Despite the fact that the restaurant was filled to capacity with a waiting list we were served in an extremely quick fashion.
    The speed and efficiency at which tables are cleaned and waiting patrons are seated could serve as a model for other restaurants in The Villages.
    TWe will be returning.

    Clean, friendly little cafe with good, reasonably priced food. Server was friendly and attentive. Menu has a musically themed listing, with a new twist on everyday dishes. Best suited if you are in the mood for breakfast food, but good anytime, with lunch choices as well.

    Our group of four had a wonderful brunch experience. Josh, our server was very good - and hilarious. We waited about 30 minutes, a little better than expected. Three of us had breakfast, and I ordered lunch. We will definitely return.

    The food was delicious, I had the shrimp and grits and Rich had the veggie burger. The presentation was excellent so was the service. Way to go TI(hippie)
