It seemed like most of the staff was fairly new and not quite meeting the experience level of talented, engaging veteran Starbucks employees that you find in most locations. I can't describe my visit to this location as a typical Starbucks experience. Let's hope this will improve over time.”

“It's McDonald's, you cant have high expectations. Went through the drive in and fries were warm at best, and squishy. The artisan burger took about 4 extra minutes and I had to pull ahead to a waiting spot to wait. Why are the diet cokes here tasting watered-down? Perhaps the CO2 and syrup mixture favors the franchise holder instead of the customer? Noticed that several employees were well past age 65...just a observation.”

“Very good food. Nice waitress. Manager went around asking how things were. Had the grilled chicken tenders so moist and juicy. Salad very fresh. Grilled vegetables a bit greasy but very flavorful. Will definitely try it for breakfast. Good luck to them hope they do well in the Villages”
