“I have always has a good experience here except the couple of times that Shannon messed up on my breakfast order. Bit what she gave me was still food so I ate it without complaining. Life is too short to short to let something like the wrong breakfast sandwich to ruin your day. I see people in line constantly complaing about the customer service. Yet they continue to go back and then post negative comments on line. I have always had great customer service at this particular store. The employees are always super sweet to me and the other customers around me. I am so glad y'all opened up in Lake Butler. Keep up the good work.”

“Went into Laredo with my dad, the staff was AMAZING! They were all very polite and made it a point to check on us preiodically. The only downfall I saw was we got the steak fajita for 2, it was really good it was just very bland. But other than that it was fantastic! Will definitely be returning.”

“Pleasant surprise. We stopped to get a Togo order. I had taco special with shrimp and steak. It was very good. The salsa tasted homemade. My husband had the southern chicken with green beans and cheese grits. Everything was great including the service. We'll stop by again if we're ever in town.”
