“I don't understand the bad reviews. Everyone there is wearing face masks and gloves. The employees are extremely polite and courteous. The service is excellent and they have never gotten an order wrong. I stop by at least 2x a day and never had bad service or seen anyone not protecting themselves and the customers. Some people just can't be pleased. I recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the great work.”

Well, I had one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had in my life, accompanied by a very chill atmosphere and an amazing barista dude that knew his way around a chemex. “I stopped for gas and found this little gem and it was happy hour! There are BP gas pumps out front that are credit cards only, since it the gas station store front is closed. You have walk through the empty store to get to the restrooms. I was impressed with how immaculately clean the store was and the restroom appears to have been recently renovated. They were also very clean. The young men working this particular afternoon were extremely friendly and prepared my order quickly. Definitely will remember this stop for future trips.”

“This location needs to prepare their inventory much better for availability. Today was the second visit this week where bread bowls were not available. I called the location to assure they had them. They had 3 left. I tried to order over the phone, only to learn they are out of broccoli and cheddar soup. We decided to go in, and change our soup. Upon our arrival within minutes post phone call, they were out of bread bowls. Not only now were they out of bread bowls, but ANOTHER soup; chicken noodle. There is no excuse for a company of this stature to be completely out of key selling items. This is a popular location with people who patronize their business daily. The ordering manager may need to evaluate sales and assure they are properly prepared with food items every single day.”

“Great environment to be in. Staff is respectful and pleasant. Restaurant is very sanitary and lively. Interior is modern industrial style and is very convenient in its layout. Although, I personally do not love their donuts because I don’t like cake or sweet things, many of my friends and family love it there!!! They have a great thing going. It’s not like a traditional donut. They have interesting flavors and great coffee.”

Just this week I had an issue with my gift card at the gas pump. Their team at this store was quick to resolve in a very friendly professional manor. I spoke to 2 charming young ladies in the store (I didn’t get their names) on 3/25/19 at 5:19pm who addressed my concern and forwarded to the manager named Jonathon. He was so nice to resolve my issue. Thank you”
