“I always enjoy the atmosphere and variety of activities at this venue. I particularly loved Heritage reggae band playing music this time. And the Hub had some good samples of wine from local vintners, and beers from local breweries. Food and clothing shops also don't disappoint. As an added bonus, it was local appreciation card sign-up day, so I got registered for mine. Looking forward to a good off-season with fewer tourists, and getting our sugar white beaches more accessible to the natives.”

“This is a must visit in Seaside! It is owned by Great Southern Cafe, which is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The sushi is extremely fresh and delicious. The drink variety is broad. The management (Stephen) is polite and cares for his customers well. Our waitress (Megan) was one of the best waitresses I have ever had and made us feel like we had been friends for years. Also, shoutout to Amanda for having extensive knowledge about the menu and guiding us toward excellent order choices. Overall, this is a great stop for a late lunch and I would suggest you add it to your Seaside itinerary!”

“I grew up in this area and have grown used to the kind of service that’s customary around here and I have never been so completely floored by how top notch this was. Servers are pretty nice and courteous in this area, but at this place they go above and beyond. The host just had a nice chat with us, as did the server and a manager that just stopped by not just to see if we liked the food, but to make sure we were having a great time. The scenery was wonderful and the food was to die for. I absolutely live on southern food and these grits in the shrimp and grits plate blew me away. Oh, and that smoked tuna dip appetizer is by far one of my favorite things. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough.”

“Excellent food, ambiance, and staff. We usually only go for breakfast. I had the pork belly biscuit and added an egg. The fig jam with arugula and mustard really made the pork belly stand out and the biscuit wrapped around it like a warm blanket. The brioche french toast was great on it's own, but add the berry whipped butter and maple syrup to it set it off on a whole new level. The avocado toast and breakfast skillet were good, but hard to beat the first two.”

“I loved my experience at Prema organic cafe. My husband and I went a few times during our vacation on 30a and got both of the bowls. We especially loved the green dressing and tuna as an add on. I definitely recommend grabbing the breakfast cookie as a treat! The location is super convenient so you can bring your lunch to the beach to enjoy. I can’t wait to visit again!”

“This is a Thanksgiving staple when we vacation at Seaside. The grits are amazing. We went into today and those poor people were worked to death. Two waitstaff for a host of hungry vacationers. “I love this place!! Grouper tacos are so yummy, great weekly specials, love their big salads with fried chicken … and a great burger for the beef fix! This southern girl adores FGTs and theirs are pretty darn good! I love to call ahead and pick up, or even pick up at window and eat inside. DON’T FORGET TO TIP - it’s not your usual table service so it’s easy to forget. Sweet Piper and the others are so fast and friendly - consistently good food and menu. Comfort food that feels & tastes good — easy to get in and out.”

“Sorry to hear about the cancellation issues people have had. Don’t let that deter you!!! The food is worth the risk. Too bad that the current national staffing shortage has effected the reviews of such a great place to dine. Our dinner was outstanding, all 3 entrees were fantastic. Grouper was great, corn with peppers side complimented well. Filet was great, cut like butter, nice sauce, my son (11yo) got the fries with it. Short ribs were also great, very tender. Our server did great with recommendations on appetizers. Their version of Bang bang shrimp was cooked perfectly. My 7 yo daughter was competing with me for the last few shrimp. Bacon was tasty.”

“I visit Seaside for two things: the quaint charm, and the Lobster roll from The Shrimp Shack! It's simple and perfect with a splash of lemon and a little butter to enhance the velvety texture of the Lobster. The only disappointment was the fact that it has doubled in price of the last year or two. Be prepared to shell out $40 for this scrumptious sandwich.”

“Well we made our pillgramage to Bud and Alleys. If you go for bar menu you need to order before 5:15pm or you can only get the dinner menu at the upstairs bar. I got some gumbo and it was Great not to hot and it was a large portion. Of course the view from the upstairs bar of the ocean is why we all go there. Bar is always crowded I suggest you drop someone off to get a seat while you search and search and search for a parking spot Go for it Sit at the bar and chat with someone from somewhere who is also on holiday The crowd is always 35 and up. No kids or not many here. Food is always great”
