We were the only customers in the restaurant, it was about three in the morning, there was one older man cooking and a very friendly young woman serving us. The service was very fast, we were treated with extreme courtesy and care, and even though it was deep in the middle of the night, the restaurant was spotless. We were pleasantly surprised at how satisfying the whole experience was.”

“One thing that is absolutely GREAT about Waffle House, is the that most of the food is cooked to order, and delivered to your table, or counter spot, piping hot. Today, I had grits, and a Blueberry waffle. While I'm use to Yellow corn grits, these White corn grits with (and even without) the butter spread were delicious! I even compared them to my mother's. And, for me to do that, they have got to be good. When the waffle was delivered, at first I thought, where's the blueberries? Turns out they're inside the waffle, similar to the filling in a pop tart. The waffle was very good. But, I think I like it better with a plain waffle, and a compote on top. However, here's another WH were the staff is plentiful. But, cleaning tables and the floor (under the counter, and 2 tables were quite dirty). doesn't seem like a priority to them. Yes, they were quite busy. But, I observed 2 of them yakking about outside interests.”

“I love Krystal’s and always have, but this one by FAR has the best customer service of any I have ever been to. We live in Dublin, about an hour away, and sometimes we make a trip to Milledgeville just for Krystal’s. The manager is above and beyond the epitome of excellent customer service and he always has a smile on his face and great attitude, even when it’s overwhelmingly busy. My coworkers and I frequent Milledgeville for work, and we always make it a point to stop at our favorite Krystal’s!”

“It was hard for me to give a 4th star but I think it may just be my perception of things. When we arrived it was several minutes until we were acknowledged by the hospitality manager at the hostess stand. We were seated and greeted by our waitress promptly. She checked on us regularly. We were the only people in the restaurant. The food however seemed to be less than perfect in preparation. We had an order of traditional wings and onion rings. The onion rings seemed as if they were started at the same time as the wings and sat under a heat lamp for 10 minutes while the wings finished cooking. The wings were large and meaty, however several of the skins had visible freezer burn, and the fatty portions were still rubbery. They needed to be cooked quite a bit longer in my opinion. Timers are nice but cooking times often need to be adjusted. We visited just before 2PM on a Thursday. They do have Guinness on tap which is great and lots of other on tap options too. Full liquor bar and daiquiri offering. TVs from wall to wall. Great place on the weekends to watch your favorite sport I’m sure.”
