“The store and parking lot we're clean and the staff friendly. One even offered me a pumpkin pie and cheesecake donut sample which was quite scrummy. The only turn off was an employee standing in the parking area, where customers will be looking first, smoking a cigarette. I'm not against smoking in particular, folks in the U.S. still have rights last time I checked, but it is at the very least a disappointment seeing that when I first pull in to get food. Take it around back where you have a little cover.”

“This place averages about $10 a person with drinks. While the price is reasonable for an all you can eat buffet, the food quality is not horrible, but not great either. I also noticed there was not one single beef dish offered. Plenty of chicken and seafood however. The salad bar lacks basic ingredients like cheese, tomatoes, carrots, imitation bacon bits, or crackers. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It’s a good place for lots of hungry people however for better Chinese I would choose a more intimate setting.”

“I love Krystal’s and always have, but this one by FAR has the best customer service of any I have ever been to. We live in Dublin, about an hour away, and sometimes we make a trip to Milledgeville just for Krystal’s. The manager is above and beyond the epitome of excellent customer service and he always has a smile on his face and great attitude, even when it’s overwhelmingly busy. “Well, it's been years and years (think back to the, "Where's the beef?" ads with that little old lady) since I've been to a Wendy's. I was amazed at the crowd (3 cars in the drive thru, 8-10 people sitting at tables, and 4 in line in front of me). When I got to the register, the cashier took my order of a Dave's Single with Cheese combo, and my name. After paying, I went to restroom just to wash my hands. And, when I came out, my combo was ready. :-o While the patty was hot, the lettuce was a bit limp. But, the tomato was good. I love their natural cut fries. But, not only were they not hot enough, some were clearly undercooked. Also, they were out of regular Coca-Cola. So, I had a Raspberry Coke instead. And, it was pretty good. There was a bit of an aftertaste. But, for the price, it's nearly impossible to beat it. So, I'll probably be back. But, will try something else”

“It was hard for me to give a 4th star but I think it may just be my perception of things. When we arrived it was several minutes until we were acknowledged by the hospitality manager at the hostess stand. We were seated and greeted by our waitress promptly. She checked on us regularly. We were the only people in the restaurant. The food however seemed to be less than perfect in preparation. We had an order of traditional wings and onion rings. The onion rings seemed as if they were started at the same time as the wings and sat under a heat lamp for 10 minutes while the wings finished cooking. The wings were large and meaty, however several of the skins had visible freezer burn, and the fatty portions were still rubbery. They needed to be cooked quite a bit longer in my opinion. Timers are nice but cooking times often need to be adjusted. We visited just before 2PM on a Thursday. They do have Guinness on tap which is great and lots of other on tap options too. Full liquor bar and daiquiri offering. TVs from wall to wall. Great place on the weekends to watch your favorite sport I’m sure.”
