I had a table near the front, and watched the staff work. They were like a well-oiled machine. “Mahala our Server was awful! Started out complaining about a long day. After having attitude about how we ordered our food we asked if she could make sure our appetizers came out before our meal other customers received their food before we got ours then when we asked if the appetizers really took that long to cook and she started telling us there were only 3 servers and when I tried asking if everyone at the table could get another drink she just walked away ignoring me. Having seen this the manager came to our table and helped us get what we needed another waitress came over and helped change our experience. Which is why I'm still rating the restaurant with 5 stars...... Before judging me for what I've wrote here about this experience please note we did not want nor did we receive anything for free or discounted, and I spent most of my life serving tables and I do know what it's like on their side. You smile when your having a bad day, you listen to people's problems and have to keep yours to yourself, you feel the rush is never-ending and once it goes wrong you just can't seem to get it back right, however you keep smiling trying to make the best out of each new customer hoping to make ends meet. I know the job isn't easy...... Boy do I know it's not easy. But you just can't treat your customers that way. THANKS AGAIN TO ALL THE STAFF THAT HELPED TURN IT AROUND!!!!”

“I've only had wings and from the Statam location. Wife did a take out. Chicken was high quality. Hot wings were not very hot (spicy). Plenty of blue cheese dressing given but only carrots and no celery. Biggest downfall was an additional charge to use a credit card for payment. Credit cards are a popular form of payment today and you should not incur any additional charge from a small business.”

Why would I want tangy barbecue sauce? Sweet and sour sauce is the highlight of a trip to Mcdonald’s for me so I was very disappointed, but the quality of the food made up for it.”

“The Ryan's that was closest to me closed down years ago so it had been forever since I had been to one. Seeing this one while on my way to the Tanger Outlets got me excited. I dropped by after finishing up shopping and was very happy with my experience. The two ladies that greeted me when I walked in were very nice and cracked jokes with me. The food on the bar was hot and looked/tasted fresh. I had forgot how much I enjoyed the food there! My server was also very nice and attentive. Would recommend this location and hope everyone has as pleasant of an experience as I did.”

“Shout-out to store manager Cameroon ( hope I got the name right). He was fantastic, went out of his way to help me out. I was trying to refill air in my car, but the machine was not working properly and I had no cash on me. Noticing me struggle the manager walks out walks all the way to Air Refill machines and figures out a way to force-on the machine to help me get my tires refilled. Very very friendly staff. Keep up the good work guys.”
