Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Very impressed. I have been here about six or seven times now and every time my food has been hot and delicious. The burgers are great. Not too filling, not too small, just a great well rounded burger. The chili cheese fries are very good. My favorite is the onion rings. Be sure to get some Spicy Fry Sauce. All of the staff members I have interacted with have been polite and professional. Get the app too. I already earned a free double cheese burger and some free onions rings. Going to get a free custard the next time I go there.

Had Freddy’s for the first time ever 12/12/22 around 8:15 pm. The food was good but what I was most impressed by was the service. We used the drive through- it was a bit slow but understandably they seemed quite busy, had never seen the menu so it took us some time to order. The person tending over the speaker was incredibly patient, polite and helpful. Didn’t act annoyed by our questions and didn’t make us feel bad about not knowing the menu. The cashier was also very friendly, she laughed at my husband’s dad joke which was not funny but she graciously entertained him (bless her soul). When we pulled up to the pick up window the girl was also enthusiastic and friendly. Really felt like all the employees were happy to be there unlike what we’ve come to expect from most fast food places. I hope they keep up the great work!

Went there during a soft opening this past Saturday, and they were so great! Of course it was a lot of moving parts being their first day with customers, but the food was SO GOOD, fresh, well seasoned, and exactly what I needed. The staff were very friendly and did a very awesome job. I’ll be going back soon!
