“Good food. Food is always delicious. Great shakes. Go through the drive thru if can because they have terrible waitresses. Today, we came inside because my son likes to go inside. They are very inattentive. No usual stuff that you'd expect from good waitresses. Had to ask for utensils. No refills on drinks. I don't even think she smiled. She acted like waiting on us was a waste of her time. I'd like to say that this was just this particular waitress, but we've been here several times and they are like that.”

The only thing is maybe the manager could wait until the Customer has finished their payment transactions (so they can stay focus) before she asked if that customer will do a review. They credit card payment machine may want to be brought up to date so the customer can have control of their card when paying. Overall I had a great experience. Establishment was clean as well. “They have amazing food if you get your meat cooked well done. Last 3 times I've been as we go every Sunday my meat is pink & I cant eat it that way so I end up throwing mine away. I've asked the cashier the last 2 times to make mine well done as it's always pink but it's done no good so if u want a pink burger, Go to Freddys :) if u want one well done then go elsewhere.The onion rings are wonderful and fries. They do have amazing custard also & that is a big plus for me.”

“I had never been to a Freddy's before and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It's like a better version of Steak N' Shake or Dairy Queen. First off the service was great. All the women here were helpful and friendly. They smiled the whole time and frequently checked in on us. Something I would not have expected from counter service. The quality of the food was also good. My husband even commented on how my chicken looked like it wasn't dry or overcooked and was quality cut. We usually stop at the shopping center anytime we make a road trip out East. This is the first time we tried Freddy's and will probably continue to make it part of our trips.”

“Our family chose this CB for a mini family reunion. We came from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Oklahoma. The staff was wonderful and the management attentive to our needs. However... ...About one half of our group of ten received undercooked food. The PLUS? The management and waitress were quick to set things right and replace the items with fresh well prepared new ones. They even took one entree off the ticket for one of the families. The manager was great and apologetic and the waitress was a doll, we enjoyed their respectful treatment of us all. So, we would go back for the experience, it could be the cook was having a tough day.”

“My husband and I ordered Fire It Up BBQ from Grub Hub. The food was amazing! For the price, you can’t beat the portion sizes - at all. I ordered the pork plate with coleslaw and green beans and my husband ordered the brisket with Mac and cheese and onion rings. We also got a banana pudding because what is BBQ without banana pudding?? Everything was amazing!! The onion rings were so yummy - most unique breading flavor we’ve had - definitely made you crave more. The coleslaw is a mayo based slaw that’s a finely diced and a little on the sweet side - but it’s perfection. Seriously, I could have eaten the onion rings and slaw as a meal. You will NOT be disappointed by Fire It Up BBQ!!! Also, GrubHub got it to us in less than an hour! (We were given 65-85 minute window of delivery at 6 PM on a Saturday night)”

“Having lived in Indianapolis for a few years before moving to Georgia, I was spoiled with some fantastic deep dish in downtown Indy. Moving here, I couldn't find any place that was anywhere near as good! I had resigned myself to homemade in order to get my fix. On a field trip a few months ago, I found At.
