Georgia Bob's BBQ Macon, GA

I went to the drive through right at 9pm. The associates were VERY friendly even though they were on the verge of closing. I asked for a brisket plate, they served it hot with everything perfectly in the bag. It was a lighter skin A American girl with glasses, a red head, and a young guy. They were all great and when I got home my food was delicious.

The things they do right are outstanding. But there is a major lack of consistency. One visit everything is fantastic. The next visit, the coleslaw tastes sour and the brisket is too tough. I ordered a smoked Turkey breast for Thanksgiving and it was the absolute best Turkey I've ever had. But if I order it off the menu, it is dry and doesn't have nearly as much flavor. The BBQ is consistantly great. So is the chicken salad. Stick with those and they will never let you down.

Grilled chicken was great! Atmosphere and customer service were exceptional. Some of the sides were not my favorite, but everyone has their own palate. Would definitely go again. Pricing was average for a barbecue place.

The food was really good but the portions were small for the price.
