“On New Year's Eve (around 7:30) we decided to give Mama Mia's another try. When we pulled into the parking lot, it was empty and we were a little concerned that Mama Mia's might be closing early again. We were greeted as soon as we entered by an employee who had been busy cleaning. She was very friendly and helpful. She was patient while we took our time reviewing the menu for the first time. We ordered 2 pizzas to go and asked that they not be cut so we could easily reheat them at home. The pizzas were made promptly and smelled amazing. We were not disappointed! This is the best pizza in the Waycross and surrounding area. The crust was hand tossed and thin, sauce a nice flavor, and the cheese blend was just right. It is definitely our new go to place for New York Style pizza. I honestly hope more people give this place a try and start filling Julie's dining room up!”
