And on the ticket they put on the bag says no eggs. They need to read the tickets better instead of just putting it together.”

“We love this Captain D's location in Villa Rica. We are regular visitors on a weekly basis. The food and service are always near perfect. I once got an ear if corn that was sort of cool but they promptly switched it out for a nice hot one. I think that's the only problem we have encountered out of many, many visits.”

“It is typically a good place to eat. We will usually get the chicken fingers plate. the people they're pretty nice and they are willing to go out and make sure that you get everything you need. I think that even though it is posted, people should still be aware that you have to pay for extra sauces. They are worth it though. The price is more on the moderate level. This is usually typical of a chicken fast food . Their Zynsation salad is good too, although I did get an over cooked egg roll once or twice.”

“My 1st visit to this McDonald's and i can only compare it to the many others I've been in. Store was clean and clean tables were available. Employees seemed friendly. Restaurant clearly visible from the road but a little difficult getting in and out of. Our order was filled correctly and our food was great. Above average McDonald's.”

“This is a concern/suggestion that should be taken into consideration when it comes to the customer service of select staff. I understand the expediency and execution of all drive thru orders when placed, however, the dismissive, unfriendly mannerism of an employee screams volumes of unprofessional. It is frowned upon, for staff to speak ‘over’ the customer and rush them while ordering, just to show their business is unappreciated. It’s a suggestion management communicate to staff, when customers are relaying their orders, they are not rushed- as though it’s an inconvenience; rather, allow them to speak, capture and display on order screen, relay what was said to confirm order, and then ask does that complete their order. Politeness and respect drives revenue.”
