“I was immediately informed that they were out of chicken, which is what I wanted, so that lost them a star. Got the Philly. I was cynical at first. Phillies have long been one of my favorite sandwich concepts, but most people get it wrong... These guys aren't most people, though. First, and most importantly, since you'll have it no matter what you order, the bread was great!! It was fresh. It wasn't though or chewy. I expected much worse! The onions and peppers (hereafter referred to as "vegetables") were cut right. Not so big as to intrude on the meat, but not so small as to make you wonder if they're there. There was just enough of them, too. Same with the cheese! It was all there, in each bite, from the beginning to end, in each bite, like a friend, but not so much that it gagged me. I'm not usually a fan of American cheese. Don't like the texture. It did great things with this sandwich though! The meat was amazing! I don't know what cut they use, but it was so tender! I expected to have to fight the meat to keep it in the sandwich instead having all the meat wanna pull out with the first bite, but it was like it just melted apart into my mouth! I didn't pay attention to the chicken menu, since, like I said, they didn't have any. I sincerely hope, though, that they offer a chicken version of the sandwich that I ate tonight. If they do, then when I get to try that, I have a feeling they'll get that star back!”

“This is my favorite cracker barrel!!! We actually plan trips around stopping at this cracker barrel! The food at cracker barrel is always good BUT the food at this one is just a little bit better. The turnip greens are like grandma made 'em! The pintos are seasoned up like they came from home! Everything is just a step above what you are expecting! Plus the service is excellent. The restrooms are clean, smell good and are well stocked. The store is easy to walk through and well stocked and organized. The front porch is always clean and swept. It is just an all around great experience that I don't get to have often enough!! I'd give it 10 ????'s if they would let me!!!”

“I really like Arby's food, especially the Beef & Cheddar sandwich and those Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies are to die for! But I like to eat my Beef & Cheddar with their 'Red Ranch' sauce. Yesterday I visited them at lunchtime, ordered the B&C with the Red Ranch, got all the way back to the office only to find they forgot to put the sauce in my bag! Other than this, their customer service is very good.”

Note: We hit them at very busy part on Saturday at lunch. Need schedule a dinning room attendant who would only keep tables cleaned off, accessories stocked up (ran out of small lids, and at one point - every table needed wiping and cleared), and trash taken out. Again - food was great, just need on Labor schedule and inventory management.”
