Applebee's Grill + Bar

My husband and I just had the best experience at Applebees! My husband is very hard to please but he was so happy with this vist. This location has the best customer service I have ever seen! They really treat you like you are someone! There was an error with our order but did that change how good and friendly they were to us? No! They fixed it no problem and followed up to ensure that we were pleased with our order. Our server was very attentive to us and we didn't have to ask for a refill even once. The manager even stopped in and made sure we were good on our food and that our order was to our standers. We definitely be back!!! And the food....well...it was AWESOME!!!

Need to be a little quicker with tending to refills (the waitress I had kinda took a while to see that I needed one on my lemonade) but other than that I like this place. From my experience, the service was awesome and the waiters and waitresses were very alert and attentive to my needs (and my company’s needs). The waitress I had was not only very professional, she was also very friendly and definitely gave off good vibes, even going as far as to compliment me on my hair & made sure to tell my company and I to stay safe once we were about to leave (hurricane Dorian was supposed to hit our location the following day).

I ordered a cheddar bacon burger and my goodness, it was so good!! Our server was phenomenal! I only give it a 4 because unfortunately, my silverware was dirty. The manager was visible and she was very in tuned with her staff. I LOVE managers like that!! Kudos Applebees!!

Love this place, the staff is great. I love those garlicky green beans! Awesome timely service, love the little systems at the tables where you can pay and tip the servers. The food is always on point. Great Location!????

I dont know where some of the lesser reviews came from, but we were treated like locals on our visit!! Tiffany was our server, and could not have been more pleasant to have! I like to have a good time wherever I go, and this lady was AWESOME!!! We will be back there again!!
