Sam Snead's Oak Grill & Tavern

We just left after having a birthday lunch for a friend. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Our server was great (we sat in the bar area) I'm sorry I forgot her name she's awesome.

We were here with a large group and the staff was very organized. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and service was great. We had the grilled salmon and the black and bleu chicken sandwich and both were excellent.

Delicious food, wonderful staff, and a very unique golf atmosphere that really makes one feel like they are sitting in a clubhouse tavern, with something to see at every corner. I have been coming to this place for a few years now and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I must admit however that the place can be a bit dark at times, and the tavern feel may not be for everybody, but as a golf fan, I enjoy it and the pure amount of detail featured throughout the restaurant. It is just great to have a quality restaurant like this to dine during a long road trip amidst all the fast food and chain restaurants that line the highway.

Fantastic food and very friendly staff. I enjoyed my first experience of Long drive world series while eating very good shrimp and steak. The mashed potatoes and green beans were so tasty also. The bar staff were friendly and made a real effort. I would go back there.
