“Attitude and customer service matter. We arrived by boat on a Sunday evening at 9:12. Upon arriving we were told that the kitchen was closed, but drinks were available. Since we had planned this dinner, we were very disappointed. As the eight of us were about to leave, a nice young lady named Brie intervened and offered to check with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate us. The kitchen agreed to reopen and they did a great job taking care of us. I was truly impressed by Bries' amazing smile and attitude at the end of a very long day. It is the type of attitude that you rarely see under the circumstances. I commend her and the staff on going above and beyond to provide great customer service. Bravo!”

“Played today starting at 9:24 and finished around 1:30. The course was in good shape, well maintained but the greens definitely had some wear on them. It’s been a while since I’ve played on bentgrass greens, so it was fun to repair pitch marks and watch the ball zip more than Bermuda greens. The staff was friendly and I had a good time - nice experience overall.”

“Who knew a convenience store could offer FRESH New York style pizza that is made in front of you! (I recommend their BBQ Chicken pizza and BBQ wings). I noticed that they also offer breakfast so about a week ago, I stopped by before work and ordered one of their new breakfast biscuits and it was delicious! Their signature honey mustard is top notch. I recommend Pranzarelli's for your weekend go to pizza place! They even offer delivery services from Uber Eats, Grub Hub, and Door Dash if you don't feel like leaving the house.”

The Sweet Grace is a chocolate chip pancake car ride that takes your face straight to it's happy place. The service is good and they are quirky but fun (instead of calling your name they ask a question of the month instead - my food was declared ready for "Princess Anna") The family and I are here 2 in 3 days during a recent visit. “I have been ordering here at least once a month for years. In those four years, I have only had two mistakes. The first one was several years ago and was caught at my front door. The driver apologized, drove back to the store, and returned with the missing part within 10 minutes. The second mistake was missing sauce that irritated me but wasn't a deal breaker. The food is always hot, made correctly, and quickly delivered. The delivery people are always very nice and cheerful. Honestly, I don't go anywhere else for my pizza since I know they have consistently good food and great customer service.”

Food is a little more expensive than fast food services, but there are a lot of great tasting and healthy food selections here and that is why I continue to return. They have made mistakes, but rarely, on my orders, like forgetting to include an item or not having an item available after it was listed on the web menu, but they always sincerely apologize and provide rewards or upgrades when pointed out. Never have I received bad food with my order. In summary, great tasting, healthy food with good service.”
