When my wife ordered the Gingerbread Ice Latte, but received the Caramel Latte instead, we didn't think much of it. She was still satisfied with the product. However, as I'm waiting to pull out onto Highway 29 I notice a young man in a Dunkin' uniform running towards my car with drink in hand. The Gingerbread Latte. Not only did they notice their mistake, but they took the time and effort to correct it. That is compassion. That is customer service!”

Nice job today and I hope they keep this up! Original review: We love Sbarro's food, especially the tomato pasta sauce. The pizza is decent too, so if this review only covered food it would be five stars. But the service really brings the overall rating down. We were at the mall on a Sunday, and even though other food locations were open at 11:30, we were told by an employee that they wouldn't be ready until 12. That was fine and we returned at 12:00 to order. But at that time, only pizza was ready. We would have had to wait another 30 minutes on pasta, which was what we wanted. So overall, we had a disappointing experience. This is not the only time we have experienced menu items being unavailable. Other issues we have had in the past include a lack of attentive service at the counter. At times we have waited a couple of minutes before being acknowledged by anyone because they are busy making pizzas or bringing stuff up from the back. It's understandable that food prep is part of the job, but it takes very little effort to glance up and say "Hi, we'll be right with you" and that would make a world of difference to customers, who at the very least want to feel like their business is appreciated. I hope to see service improved at this location.”

“I went to this restaurant for my birthday celebration. We arrived and were promptly greeted by the hostess who told us we would be seated. That part was quick. We were guided to a table and shown menus. The lady who led us to the table got the sun out of our eyes with the window curtain. The server came and he had impeccable manners, was courteous and patient, even when we needed a few minutes to peruse the menus. He checked on us frequently throughout the dinner, as salad and bread sticks were brought to the table while we waited for the main course. We'd recommend Justin for a server, as he was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, and very filling. You even get to-go plates. Great experience overall. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, good location near shopping center. I'd rate it 100% perfect.”

“Ive been to Brett's twice now, and I have enjoyed the food and service each time. Got a bison burger during my first visit and it was delicious. The service I received during my visits was top notch as well. The second time the waitress was actually the owner's daughter and she did a fantastic job making sure I was topped up on my drink and had napkins etc. Overall really impressed with the place, and I can see that it warrants its close to 5 star review.
