“Update July 2019: The food here is still excellent, the table service is impeccable and the staff is wonderful, but this restaurant needs a serious cleaning. I don't tend to eat at places where I feel like they don't take cleanliness seriously, because I believe the kitchen probably looks the same as everywhere else. This has become one of those spots for me. I tried not to touch much in the women's bathroom, the walls of the stalls are filthy. The carpet throughout the restaurant looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There were multiple seats in the area we sat that are going to need to be reupholstered soon. I ate with the fear that I might get sick, but the tables looked clean and we all enjoyed our meal and no one got sick. I'm knocking my rating down for the level of discomfort the gross atmosphere has caused. Original from 2018, 5 stars: The food is mostly great with only a few items we don't like. Sushi, hot Chinese buffet with several seafood items, American options, salad, fruit, and dessert. We love it here, have been a few times and it is always clean with plenty of food on the buffet. They are well-organized and keep trays filled.”

The amazing ladies behind the counter pulled a couple extra dollars out of their own back pockets so that i could actually get a couple gallons of gas and make it to work to get my paycheck.”

“We had a group of 12 for the hibachi grill and we got sat down about 10 minutes after we got there, which is great for such a big group. And the food was amazing! I had the chicken hibachi meal and had leftovers to take home. Plus the clear soup they served was pretty good. Sadly it isn't vegetarian but the man cooking our food made sure every one who was vegetarian didn't get anything that wasn't.”

Great deal, great pizza/salad/drink combo, but most of all, Adele (our server) is the epitome of what makes a great server. Personable, willing to offer good suggestions when asked for them, and treated our special requests as though they were her own. Watchful, but not intrusive, anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them. Hoping for more spring-like days before it gets too warm to sit outside. “I typically visit the downtown location, as it is close to my house, and the service is great as well. However, this location offers so much more seating (outdoor and indoor), a larger bar area, and it always seems to be so clean! The staff is always super friendly, and the food comes out fast and fresh. I try to come to Blind Pig every week or two, and I am excited when I am closer to this location and this gets to be my stop! This is a great place for groups of friends or families!”

After moving to two different states, my family is still searching for a Mexican restaurant that serves food even a fraction as good as the food here.
