“Good value for money. Generous quantities. Been there twice. The taste of the food is pretty good — some items are better executed than others and they seem to have improved over the short time they’ve opened. The different curries taste quite different, as they should, even when visually similar. Good addition to Athens since there isn’t anything quite like it. I expect almost everyone craving Indian food will find this place is worth a visit.”

“Love the atmosphere and selection of mochinuts! I'm always surprised by the new selections of flavors. I was surprised by my latest visit because we were able to get lunch. It was so hard to choose from but I ended up getting the bao and chicken curry rice. I loved the sweet and spicy aspect. It was served with the most perfect fried egg I've ever seen. The chicken was moist and tender. The service was very attentive and cared very much about our input and feedback. Looking forward to visiting again soon. 🥰”

“My first time eating at Bruxies was in California 10 years ago. It was good and so was this one. I got the chicken sandwich on a waffle. The chicken was awesome but the waffle got soggy with the sauce. No big deal. Maybe next time, I will order and chicken and waffles.”

“Was so pleasantly surprised my favorite pizza in Brooklyn was here in Athens. Came for the pizza, also got burgers and everything was impeccable in taste and freshness. Order: Vodka pizza: simple and super fluffy yet crispy crust in Detroit style mixed with mama style pizza pies in NY. Incredible, I will always order this. Best pizza I have found in Georgia. Le Big Matt: cooked to perfection, the Sammy sauce was a nice touch with a hint of horseradish, pretzel bun was a good pairing, Chopped Cheese Burger: big burger but chopped up was a new item I had never seen, it was simple a classic, very tasty Caesar Salad: very tasty dressing with anchovy paste as it should be, nice and tangy. Our server today was running the whole front of the house with bringing food and serving table, Sydney was such a sweetheart and really warmed up the place. Met the GM Brandon and he was also very kind and gave us some details on the location and how things are made. Lovely people, incredibly tasty food, a little pricey with ~$20 per person but well worth it and the price paid is reflected in the $ sign on the review. Will 100% be coming back.”

“My company scheduled a cooking class here and it was such a fun time! We learned how to make our very own pasta noodles and sauce. We got to take home our pasta noodles that we made which I thought was pretty cool! The staff was very nice and accommodating to our group, the teacher was very knowledgeable on everything and made sure that we had the best time. I would highly recommend trying out one of their cooking classes. Not only was it a blast the food was absolutely delicious!! The inside is very clean and beautiful as well!”

“What a wonderful shop! The selection on groceries here is so wide, from fresh local produce to imported goods from other countries! They also have a deli with sandwiches, pizza, soup, salad, coffee, and an ice cream bar! Lol. A perfect market for college students and locals alike. This place is perfect for the Athens scene. “We arrived a little before lunch at 11:30am on Sunday. The wait time was reasonable at 30 minutes. The restaurant was very busy. After being seated it took some time to get our drink order in. I had the seasonal Lobster Benedict. Our potatoes were not fully cooked. However, the Bourbon Pecan pancakes were awesome and the rest of our food was okay. We will definitely eat here again.”

“I've been twice. The first time one of the workers was very helpful in helping me decide on which coffee I'd prefer, she even let me taste it before pulling off and adjusted it to my liking. The second time I just got donut hole and they give you a few of each flavor, they were all tasty. Update: I went today and got the My Pleasure. It's a chicken biscuit with pepper jack cheese. It was good, however I thought I'd be getting a chicken patty instead of two chicken tenders. When I got home, I added jelly to it. Although being delicious, I probably wouldn't get it again based on the $8 price tag”

“New location. I went inside and didn't have to wait to order. The cashier was friendly and helpful. She gave me a number and my drink cup. They don't keep napkins at the drink station because people have scattered them all over and made messes in the past. But they do bring napkins to you when you get your order. The dining room was comfortable, and the food was great. The Sweet and Spicy Whatameal I got was plenty for me to save half for a leftover.”

“Great service! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and as we were being seated the host explained the menu and how to navigate the buffet. The food was all freshly prepared and great tasting. One side of the bar was hot foods and the other was cold items. There was a good selection of items on the food bar including fried plantains,creamed spinach,ribs,rice,coleslaw,salads and more. The meat station has delicious bacon wrapped chicken breast, sirloin, beef tenderloin, lamb, pork and more, all salt seasoned and slow roasted to perfection. Kept warm on the grill until the server slices as much as you want right in front of you, love it! Best yet you can eat all you want. It is a smaller space restaurant with limited parking directly in front but you can park just steps away next door. The owner stops by each table greeting customers and asks how we liked the food. It was delicious and plentiful! Nice to have a good Brazilian Steakhouse in Athens for a change and not super expensive! Try it and see if you like it.”
