“I have not been to this Bojangles’ in a while, but I need to get back soon! SERVICE: The service is typically good and the employees are normally more than welcoming and helpful. However, there have been a few times where the employee was quiet and not highly friendly. 4/5 PRODUCT: The product has always been fresh and flavorful! I have never been disappointed by the outcome of my order, and I have never had my order completed and it not be correct. 5/5 CLEANLINESS: It is never GROSS, but often times the bars My be sticky, or some of the tables won’t be wiped off. 3/5 SPEED: The speed of service is typically fair, and I have never really had to wait too long. Sometimes the line is long and it takes a little time to get everyone through, but my order is typically ready once I make it to the window, if I am in the Drive Thru. 4/5 VALUE: The value is fairly good! Their prices are a little higher than some other fast food places close by, but the product and the service make up for that slack! 4/5 Those scores average up to 4/5!”

“The food is not as good as it was once. They seem to be doing something different with food preparation than they were before all the area Zaxby's were remodeled or rebuilt. The chicken fingers are not as tender as they were a few years ago. 4 days ago I stopped by the drive through. When I arrived home, part of the toast was hard like they tried to make croutons. I rarely order a drink with my food at restaurants, so it's a little aggravating to always say that I don't want a drink since they changed the menu to always include the drink. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I still go every once in a while, but I usually get a zalad instead of the wings and things insane I would have previously preferred. I hope they read this review and address the chicken issue if possible. I would like to know why the chicken seems tougher.”

“Great Pizza Hut pizza and relatively quick. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because on a busy Friday or Saturday evening with planned sports events such as a UGA football game or the Super Bowl, they never have enough people working to handle the demand. The pizza has always been made exactly how it is ordered, but I have waited 30 minutes past the expected completion time for a pizza to be ready.”

“Stopped by for a quick lunch after picking up home essentials down the road at Ollie's and Family Dollar. I found the place laid-back and comfortable, lots of families gathered around for their meals resulting in the place being relatively full, always a good sign! Ordered the crispy chicken tenders meal combo. Had to stand and wait for about 10minutes, and had my meal packed to go instead of eating in like I had stated. There was a young lady with a Bluetooth headset running around a bit like a headless chicken, trying to figure things out, resulting in most of the confusion and delay. Perhaps she's in training, so I guess that's fine! The chicken was moist and juicy, with a thick dollop of crispy batter evenly coating the outside of every piece of meat. The fries were wonderfully spiced, and crispy! I really enjoyed the BoJo special sauce, it's spicy and tangy with just the right amount of acidity to make you go, Wow! I chose the sweetened Legendary Iced tea, which was overtly sweet and fell way short of its name. Overall, it was a nice lunch in a good, family-friendly restaurant. Would drop by again if I'm in the neighborhood :)”

However, for the price and size of the meal it was worth my frustration. The staff was nice but were likely understaffed as indicated by the wait I experienced. Hopefully they get more staff and next time I'll get more expedient service. Note: the burgers were cooked perfectly and to temperature, but the wait was too much.”

“Why would I want to spend money on a flavored snowball? BECAUSE IT'S DELICIOUS!!! Currently in their second year in the area, I have been impressed with the quality of the product that they provide. With 50 some odd flavors, ranging from traditional Hawaiian/island fruits to Cream Soda and Cake Batter, there is literally something for everyone. I recently discovered the Cream Soda flavor, with Coconut Ice Cream in the middle - it was eating an icy, delicious, smooth, root beer float. I think I've discovered my new best friend. Until I try the Red Velvet Cake, then there may need to be a Jerry Springer type intervention as my "friends" duke it out. Don't walk, RUN! to get one of these!!!”
