Blaze Pizza

I came here for the first time today and while the pizza is good, the process for actually getting it is a pain in the neck. I don’t know if it’s the system they have that’s flawed or the employees. The system they have of putting names down on the paper works in theory but I can see it’s easy to lose track of who ordered what. I waited for over 30 minutes for my pizza while the customers before and after me received theirs and some had multiple orders. I was fully prepared to ask for a refund and when I told the girl at the register that my pizza must have gotten mixed up, she immediately pulled a pizza from the pick up counter, showed it to me and asked if it was mine. I said yes and went about my way. What happened? The order paper that they associate these pizzas with had the wrong name on it. It was the name of the guy who was two people ahead of me. I never once heard my name called so I have no idea what happened to my sheet. You can see how that could mess up the flow of order because I now have the sheet to another guys order with my pizza and he or someone else’s order will now be lost in the pile of confusion that are these order papers. And by the time I actually got my food, it was cold because it sat on the counter...I did get a free small drink though. Overall the quality is okay, food and what not, but the expediting system needs some work. And just a quick note, this place is great if you’re grabbing a bite with friends and just want to chill but if you’re coming here on your lunch hour, it may be best to order ahead. They do have an app (doesn’t have stellar reviews) but it may be your best option if you don’t have time to stand around and potentially wait for a lost pizza.

Me and my son love this place so much that he had his 7th Birthday Party here. The staff was so nice and accommodating to our large party of 20 kids dressed as superheroes. They managed to serve us while also keeping up with the demands of the customers coming in for the Saturday afternoon rush. All of the staff were nice and took extremely good care of our needs and request.

First of all. I gotta say I am elated to post a Public review for Blaze Pizza, not only was the Pizza very good, so was the Staff, Great Chemistry and vibes, but what made an impression on Me was the NICE SIZE Clear Plastic cup for water. Thank you Blaze thank you for not deterring People from drinking the Most valuable resource and SOURCE OF ENERGY AND LIFE. If Humans especially in the Food industry would Give water the Respect it deserves, This would be a Much much better World. Real Talk real Quick. Thank you.

Finally went to Blaze pizza where you can buy one of their signature pizzas or you can make your own like, MOD or Your Pie. We choose to make our own. My son is standard Pepperoni guy my pizza has a variety of toppings. The good in my opinion Blaze makes the largest pie out of MOD and YP. The restaurant was clean and although some of there drinks Suck!! Like they also the own brand of Soda which was good. The staff was friendly and nice. However me and my so agreed that Blaze pizza is the third best pizza out of MOD and Your Pie

It was a great experience, though I think the place is quite small. I had earlier visited the one located in Orlando, Disney Downtown which was far more bigger and better. The staff here seems to be in hurry and doesn’t give enough time to make your pizza. I somehow believe the service can be improved and hence 4 stars.
