“I never write reviews but this experience deserved one. I walked into 101 bagel cafe at 2:55pm, having no idea they closed at 3pm. The young lady was so cordial letting me know. She offered to make the bagel sandwich I wanted. She was not abrupt or rude and seemed genuinely happy to make me happy. We shared one of their stellar, should be awarding winning muffins and chatted about our so-so day we were both having. My sandwich was ready in no time and it was fantastic. Nicely done!”

It's so incredibly seldom that you enter a workplace and find employees so genuinely seem to love what they do. Store is always clean and usually decorated for whatever holiday is in season with fun decorations. Manager is super friendly and genuinely cares about the customers and his staff- he's always working and always visible. The staff at this location is hands down the best.”
