I've been here for two birthdays one before and one after the renovation. The renovation was a huge boost - the whole place is brighter, better laid-out, and cleaner feeling. My 5 and 3 year olds had a blast, but it does require a lot of parental engagement to help them with the games when they are that young. The best way to play with kids I think is to buy the hourly passes, that way continues can be frequent and the parent is less concerned about play duration or value for the money.

For smaller kids, it is always a fun place. If you have kids in between the little and tween ages; however, there are better options for the same price. The building, although rearranged, was dirty. There were too many people to walk and most of the game machines were out of order. We have had a ton of fun with the kids here in the past, but will definitely explore other options in the future.

Had my daughter's birthday here and it was great. They had more seating than expected which was good. The service was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. The pace of the party was weird, they ate pizza/cake in the middle instead of at the end so it was really hard to find folks to say goodbye and pass out goody bags. There were several parties going on at once and all the parties sang Happy Birthday at the same time and had the dance party at the same time, my daughter didnt mind but it makes it a little chaotic. The mouse comes out but kinda gets bombarded so I didn't get a picture with him and the birthday girl. Despite that, my daughter had a lot of fun. Overall it was great and I would do it again.

15$ for an hour to play!! Great deal.. I have 4 kids so it adds up. but an hour is all my kids need before they start getting bored.. I really enjoyed this location. I'm giving it 5 stars on the service. However 10 minutes after leaving I continuously called for 30 minutes. I got no answer. My son forgot the picture we took together and I wanted them to hold it. I called the next day. Various times in the morning no answer. Finally around 3 I got an answer. Of course the picture was trashed.. What is the point of having a phone if they don't answer. That's a memory I won't get back????
