    I like steak and shake. Used drive thru. It's average. They're all the same. Nothing stands out except better food than some other chains. Burger was fresh as usual.

    I have never had a great experience at steak. N shake. Matter of fact, I was never going back.

    That has changed. Service was good as was the food. This should be the model for what one should strive to be. I can finally say that I want to go back.

    Amazing service! They have probably the nicest people I’ve ever met, delicious rest and warm food. I came with my family and we barely had to wait a minute before we were being waited on. Definitely left with a smile on my face and some great food!

    The manager and staff were very gracious and accommodating. This Steak and Shake was superior to Chick-Fil-A's customer service. This Barrett Parkway location is the best I've been in.

    They seem to have improved quite a bit on their service since last time I was here. I will be visiting again soon. Maybe give them five stars next time if they can keep it up. I ordered the chili cheese dog and had cold slaw put on top. It was great!
