Rancho El Molcajete

This is probably the best mexican cuisine that I have come across since I've been in Georgia (1 year). However, the service needs a little work. Our server hardly knew English so it was hard to communicate with her, which resulted in 2 mishaps one right after the other in the same visit. We had to flag down our server to get a refill because she was at another table playing on her phone. I guess she forgot she was at work.
The restrooms did not have any tp. That's never good, but they did have plenty of paper towels!
In the end we had to talk with the English speaking manager because our non English speaking server could not correct the mistake on our ticket. We did get 1 meal taken off of our ticket for all of the trouble.
I do like this restaurant...for the food and price....not the service. 3 stars from my husband and I. Im sorry I couldn't give it more.
I would be more likely to recommend this place if the service was better.

Excellent food but you better speak Spanish or they'll screw up your order

While the food was enjoyable and at a good price, the service could use some work. Messed up my coworkers orders up twice.

Good atmosphere and good tasting food. Staff was helpful and provided attentive service. I will probably go back again.

The Mexican food here is always tasty and consistently good. Don't want to tell other people about this place because I don't want it to get overcrowded. This is one of the best Mexican places in austell.
