A great restaurant, not only because of it's uniqueness, but because of the quality of food. It's really the only spot in the Metro-Atlanta area I know of that specializes in Peruvian cuisine. I specifically like the style of food for it's roots in traditional South American ingredients with an added twist of Japanese influence based on history and geography. Portion sizes are generous and well fit for a family-style meal. Great for either a family grabbing lunch or a group of friends out for the night. Service is friendly and knowledgeable about an otherwise seldomly-known style of cooking.
I grew up eating plates like these!
Las Brasas masterfully delivered plates with Peruvian ingredients! Service was fast and amazing! The fresh food was well received by my entire family. The rotisserie chicken which spicy sauce! The anticuchos(cow heart) was exquisite!
They bring out your food when it is ready instead of waiting for everyone at the table's food to be ready before they bring it out. So no cold food! Not many Vegetarian options, but I enjoyed the sauce they had for my veggie rice bowl
Been looking for a place like this since I moved back home to GA. Highly recommend. Get the fried rice and half fried chicken and half rotisserie and the hard cider. I stop by whenever I'm in the area. And extra yellow sauce. You'll thank me later.
Both the fried and rotisserie chicken were great and well seasoned. The staff was very nice and informative. Would definitely go back.
