Matador Mexican Cantina

Tacos were really good. Really laid back staff interactions. Chips and salsa were pretty good comparably and I've had fresh made in Mexico where they clipped the cilantro in front of me. About 8/10.

We hadn't been in a couple of years but went in for a beer and shared some nachos. The service was great and the nachos were pretty decent. I think they could have used a tad more seasoning but they were freshly prepared.

We haven't been back in about 3 years after 2 or 3 tries and finding the food lacking. Today we decided to grab an appetizer and some Dos XX. We shared the ground beef nachos. While I feel they could had a little more seasoning, they were freshly made and pretty darn good. We will probably go back for lunch or dinner soon and try their regular menu again. Our server was awesome, very polite and attentive.

Quiet and lowkey for a mid afternoon trip. Mason was tending bar, engaged in conversation when we asked questions, and made great suggestions. Beer and food was reasonably priced. It was a great place just to spend some time out of the house. We'll be back!

Chill and yummy. I've been here a few times with friends. We've never disappointed. Nice drink specials. The service has always been good. It's dependable for a casual night with friends. Try the bean dip. Highly recommended!
