Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I already loved this Popeyes location because the food is always fresh and hot and taste very good. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at this location, however I did get shorted 5 pieces of chicken on yesterday, I ordered the 16 piece family meal but only received 11 pieces. I called the store manager Ms. Robin and she TOTALLY went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the error. She was extremely nice and pleasant and helpful and professional and I truly appreciate that from her. So many times African American ran establishments get a bad reputation due to service but Ms. Robin and this location totally debunk that theory. Thank you again.

Food was good, but it took quite a long time to get the food. Literally over 30 minutes from paying to getting the food over the counter(like 33 minutes or so going by their counter). The full order was slightly bigger than a normal meal perhaps (6 sandwiches), but "fast" food this was not.

The chicken sandwich was pretty worth the hype. It was a really big piece of breast. Maybe I'd like the spicy more but none of this is diet food!

I honestly can say I had a bad batch of chicken as well as... Soupy potatoes an gravy. I never get bad food from Popeyes so I know it had to been busy or something. But all in all the manager on shift today MS. KIMBERLY... handled my situation with no problem. An also gave me no time frame on how long I had to get it. I hate complaining. But I have no money to waste. I love food too much not to enjoy it. But I say if u bare with the employees stress they will bare with your issue an deal with it with respect. Ty KIMBERLY ????
