Was walking around downtown Decatur this morning and stopped to look at this menu. Holy moly I am glad I did! I waked inside and ordered the Roti Bakar to go. Got home and it was DELICIOUS. Everything I want in a breakfast meal: sweet and filling, while also combining unique flavors. (I've never had Malaysian cuisine before!) I highly recommend this place! Very friendly service too! :)

I was going to my internship meeting and wanted to stop by a breakfast place. I have eaten at budi’s sushi so I thought to get their sister restaurant. It was quite good. Admittedly the maple coconut cream was something I have never had before but it was a nice touch. Never thought I would have halal Turkey bacon so that’s nice. I will come again.

Loved this place. Great for brunch and Southeast Asian food. I had the Rens omelette and it was outstanding. I had it without the hollandaise sauce for dietary restrictions and it was still so flavorful. My kids loved the Soto Madura and my husband has come twice and had the biscuits and gravy and then the roti bakar. All outstanding! We will definitely be back.

As someone whose go-to comfort food is any dish at Budi’s Sushi when I heard a restaurant was opening up in decatur and was All Halal I just had to stop by. The menu seemed intimidating at first glance, so many different dishes I’d never tried but I was more than pleased with my experience. I had the chicken soto, the pandan pancakes and the tempeh all of which were delicious and pretty good portions too. I shared with my younger brother and we had plenty of leftovers. The flavors of the Soto were so light and herbaceous and the sides of hoisin, chili and pickles paired perfect. The pandan pancake was as big as my head and was delicious especially with that syrup and the tempeh was really delicious considering I’m not the biggest tempeh fan. I’m loving the restaurant and will be back very soon to try the more dishes on the menu!

I never had brunch food like this. Every taste is good on the palate. Budi and Bela did a wonderful job on the selection and creation of their dish. I would recommend everyone to try. You won’t be disappointed. Portion size is great.
