“The best Chinese food I've had in years! I fell in love with a hole in the wall place in NYC when I lived there 4 years ago and have searched for similar Chinese food ever since. I got the sweet n sour chicken with fried rice and a shrimp egg roll, husband got the fried wings with pork fried rice and WE WERE IN HEAVEN. Yeah it's not the best side of town but this is that real deal good and tasty Chinese food. The people who served us were really nice and friendly. Price is reasonable at about $7 per plate. Definitely will be back!”

“Been going here for 5.5 years. There are 2 other Chinese take outs in my area but I don't even bother. Shun Xing is not gourmet, but is exceptionally good for what it is- short order Chinese take-out. Quality ingredients. Short wait ( and sometimes no wait if you call in). Great tasting food. Good sized quantity. Great prices. Relatively healthy (though no steamed option) for fast take-out food. The cashier is neither friendly nor rude. She keeps a stoic demeanor, which is good for those who aren't looking to be pampered or coddled. I order only vegetarian and seafood dishes so I can only comment on those. Shrimp are large and plentiful in dishes (except chow mein which are small shrimp and few). Tofu is firm and well-fried. Broccoli and bell pepper taste fresh, though I'm certain the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and chestnuts are canned. Egg rolls are very good- both veg and shrimp- no hidden pork in them.”

“Not the Best, But Not the Worse This Subway is always clean and I've never had an issue when it comes to being a good restaurant. The reason I gave this restaurant a 3-star instead of 5 stars is because the servers can have nasty attitudes. Which to me is 50% of your job which is to greet the customers with respect. I'm not saying I've ever been disrespected but I've been the restaurants with the food wasn't so great but the service and attitude was fantastic and I spent more money there than places with much better food.”

Was charged for the food I was given, so didn't bother returning after coming home.
