“I tried this place because I saw it when I was in the Brooks shopping plaza. I'm so glad I did, this is the best BBQ I have had that was not in somebody's backyard. I got the Brisket dinner, with mac and cheese, and baked beans, and also ordered the cornbread waffle. I ordered the waffle thinking it was just a piece of cornbread cooked in a waffle iron. NOPE!!! It was a whole dang waffle, I laughed at myself thinking otherwise. The brisket had a beautiful smoke ring and a delicious bark with the flavor of the wood emanating from it. The smoke ring was so pretty, I almost thought the owner was trying to propose to me using his smoked brisket. Mac and cheese, baked beans... He had Mama and Grandmama back in the kitchen cooking. The flavour and seasoning were awesome, creamy cheese, in the mac, and bits of BBQ meat in the baked beans. If you are looking for a good home-grown BBQ with flavor, go to Triple D BBQ and getcha some, you will not be disappointed... By the way, I ate the cornbread waffle with some butter and cane syrup, which was off-the-chain delicious.”

Now with that being said we will not support this restaurant again the food was good but the portions were so miniscule for the price that we will not be venturing there again. Just a heads up.”

“Logan's Roadhouse is one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we are in Albany. We have many memories of good food, and unforgettable birthdays.;) But what sticks out in my mind is how a manager always visits our table between the time our food arrives, and our departure. To me, this says that they are very aware and attentive. For a high end steak house, you can't beat the price, and that's what we consider most when dining out. The value for the dollar can't be beat! And those blessed peanuts, always keep the kids happy. :)”

“Just opened a week ago and already building a loyal clientele. My wife and I ate lunch there Sunday and it was great. She had lunch combination #18. Pollo Ala Mexicano.... rice, and beans along with chicken cooked with jalapeños. She said it was really good. I had the Arroz Texano. Grilled steak, chicken and shrimp with bell pepper and onions all cooked together and poured over rice with cheese dip. Outstanding....simply outstanding. The food is very good. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“Overall I enjoy their products very much! I will rate each item I’ve tried (Smoothies & Fruit Bowls). This location is very clean!! Which is a huge plus! Smoothies - The Small Smoothie - Best value vs larger size - virtually the same amount of fruit is given for both sizes, the larger they just added more ice and water. So while the SMALL IS GREAT, the LARGE was WATERER DOWN & very very unappetizing. The small smoothie price point is great, the large for the amount of fruit I was served, not so great. Sweet Fruit Bowl: Various freshly chopped fruits topped with honey, whipped cream and a sprinkling of Granola. $8.00 - I think the price point could be $6.50 - $7.50 - It was refreshing and fresh, overall I enjoyed it. Sour Fruit Bowl: Various freshly chopped fruits topped with Chamoy, Cirtic Salt (I think), and Tajin overall it lends more “salty” vs sour but there is a bit of sour taste. For the purists who enjoy the flavor of fruit, you may not enjoy this. While interesting, I didn’t put this on my list to have again. I don’t care for salt on my fruit. The price point I can see being $7.50 - $8, due to the sour additives.”

“Wow, HUGE surprise how good this food was! Got a recommendation for this place at my apartment pool when asking a stranger where the good local food is. I moved here a few months ago and this is absolutely the best place I've tried so far, hands down. The cook, Graham, was very nice to my boyfriend and chatted him up about retro video games. We're very nerdy so the NBA jam cabinet was right up his alley. They also have pac man and street fighter 2! What a fantastic experience.”
