What a sandwich!!!!! Man that was great. The biggest sandwich I have ever ate and it was only 10 bucks. The same owner has even better pizza over at mystic mountain pizza. This was my first time coming here today and it was awesome.

I walked in hungry, and left with a heavy bag in my hand. I pull out this beautiful Italian. This beauty is dolled up to the T. Fresh bread, cheese, pastrami for miles. She’s looking at me, I’m looking at her, and she’s begging for a bite. Then wow, When I say it was tasty, it’s a huge understatement. Best Italian I’ve had period. Now “get out a here” and go get you one.

I've been to the Greatful Bread three times now. The first experience was good. Nice, quick and the sandwich was fun and savory (Got the Ham with apple slices and apple butter 👌). The second time I got the chicken salad with bacon on sourdough - one of the best sandwiches I've had).
Today, I went back to get lunch for me and also for my coworkers, as I had been talking it up some. When I walked in, the place was packed and I could tell the lady taking the orders was very busy. This is a local shop, not fast food so I decided to tell them nevermind and I'd be back. She was so apologetic but was upfront that they were really too busy to help me in the manner they want to be able to. No prob with that here, people can only do so much! She then offered me the same type ham sandwich I got the first time, for free! I guess it had been a cancelled order. I said, "sure, I'll take it!. But not for free. Let me pay for it!"
She then walked back, made me a to go bag with the sandwich, pickles, and a baggie of grapes (she gave me the grapes since they didn't have cookies - I like grapes better anyways 😂). I offered to pay for it 3 times, but still she never let me and I instead got a free lunch that was just as good or better than I could've fixed at home. The only bad thing was my coworkers didn't get any, but I'm not real worried about them after eating that awesome meal! Lol. Recommend for sure.

Great addition to Blue Ridge. The owners are the BEST and will go to the ends of the Earth to accommodate you. I built my own sandwich today and it was delicious. Excuse the photo, I got it to-go— so my presentation is not as pretty as if I had dinned in. Kid friendly, I brought my niece and she enjoyed a ham/turkey/cheese sandwich. They owner, Brannon, offered her a cookie even after we had paid. Thanks, Brannon & team! We will be back.

Great local sandwich shop with excellent food. The pastrami is excellent and some of the best I've ever had. Very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended
