“What a fortunate find! Claudia’s Confection offers a full selection of European and Asian baked and pastry goods. I opted for the custard bun and curry chicken puff- both hit the spot! Claudia also has a complete selection of coffee and tea items, including bubble tea! The taro was a touch sweet, but perfectly balanced with the savory puff. I definitely plan to come back to this locally-owned bakery.”

“1) The layout Highland bakery was beautifully set up. Everything was very pretty and clean and I recommend sitting outside during the summer during dusk. 2) the food The food was really good! It was very flavorful and they had lots of options for everyone! Including vegetarians and Vegans. The deserts were absolutely amazing! The cheesecakes and the croissant were my family’s favorites. 3) the service Everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful. It really was a great atmosphere to eat in. When we wanted to find out a certain sauce, they were kind enough to ask the chef what ingredients were in it! I definitely would recommend coming here and it is a great place to eat with friends and family!”
