“We had dinner on Sunday and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional! I had the poached halibut and my wife had the bass with risotto. Everything was fresh and very good! We had the lamb belly for an appetizer, melt in your mouth good. You can tell the waitstaff has been trained well as they can actually recommend dishes to you that they have tried. We will definitely come back. Very enjoyable!”

“There's more than dumplings going on here. Gu's dumplings (and noodles) are legit! I'm not wildly crazy about the presentation -- getting everything in paper to-go containers, but I can overlook that to slurp down some dumplings, relatively close to home. The pork dumplings and the hand-pulled noodles I had were really good, chewy -- nailed the consistency. You're going to be paying a Halcyon premium to basically eat at a cafeteria food stall but not everything good needs to be gilded, right? I mean, it was north of $10 each. Portion sizes were nice, though. I was too full to finish. Anyway, good enough for northern Atlanta suburbs... but the prices will make this a seldom drop-in.”

“The Father-in-law of the owner is an absolute joy! Very welcoming, informative about the menu and specials and a great example for the entire service industry. He's rivaled only by the food. The gumbo and mac n cheese is legit for it not being in Louisiana. Try it. The blackened salmon salad was delicious and plentiful. The the fried grouper special was perfectly fried and addictive. Judging by my son's empty plate, the kids shrimp was delicious. These weren't those skimpy things they serve elsewhere. Fried mac n cheese was solid and the fried zucchini special was perfect after adding a dash of salt.”

“Wow what a great find. They had a fundraiser today for Pancreatic Cancer by serving a huge buffett. Supported by Kroger and a cult following of local patrons, the area was packed both inside and out. Live music and more food that you could imagine. This is an amazing Italian Restaurant owned and run for years by a local Cuban family. So the choices of food included it all....even some of the best ribs and wings I have tasted. Needless to say they found many more happy customers today. Cannot wait to return on a regular night. Say hi to Maria, one of the owners. She will make you feel like the most important person there!”
