I eat at Krispy Kreme often and this is the slowest drive through at any of there locations. I've been here 4 times and the wait gets longer and longer every time. You can see the employees walking around talking and theres 6 Cars in line. They need a new manager”

“Place is good. Came with a few friends for brunch on a Saturday morning. It was about 10am and it wasn't too busy. I should note that you will not be seated unless your entire party is there - even without a reservation. With that, we sat at the bar and waited on our late friend. Bartender was nice and talkative, but not so much they he became a part of the conversation. It's a solid menu with lots of egg based choices along with a nice drink menu. Multiple types of mimosas. I think the average price of mimosas was $10. There is also a burger included on the menu for Brunch. The French toast was excellent. Would recommend.”

“Awesome coffee shop and roaster tucked away on Ottley Drive. I've been two consecutive weekends to enjoy a pour over and participate in their coffee cupping that is open to the public every Saturday at 10am. It is a great way to learn about, and experience, coffee in a whole new way. I can't recommend it enough. They also have a great seating area to read or work as you enjoy your coffee. Their menu includes breakfast sandwiches as well as sweet and savory baked goods.”

“Yes the customer service is poor. But that's a trend in Atlanta, especially among young people. That's predominately the type of employees that work at this location. I pay it no mind because I have to get my pretzel fix. Most of the time the pretzels are near fresh, or at least not too old. Sometimes, they just need to be trashed instead of sold, as they sometimes do. The employees need to have more of a sense or urgency and care enough to keep fresh product stocked. It's the busiest mall in the entire metro area and ppl will have to wait 10-20 minutes for fresh product, but it's 4-6 employees standing behind the counter. Not cool.”

“Great fresh bagels. Just the right amount of shmear. Friendly service. I stopped by this location every morning I was in Atlanta (4 days) and thoroughly enjoyed my bagel each time. Service was nothing over the top, but was what one would expect - basic. The only complaint I had was that the location was out of skim milk on more that one of my visits.
