“Newly opened bb.Q Chicken exceeded our expectations. We ordered honey garlic and soy garlic sauces- both excellent. The chicken has a nice crisp texture and the flavor is excellent. A medium was plenty for 2 of us - the pieces are big. The sides were served family style - enough for 3+ ( we took leftovers!) The wait staff is so helpful, explained how it all worked and we talked local sports and culture. The restaurant is clean and spacious - new.”

“A hidden gem!!! If you want a GOOD southern breakfast, this is your place. I'm big on my breakfast and good customer service. This hidden gem offered great food and great customer service! “Great flavor and good portion sizes. Cafe area is super cute, cozy, and welcoming. I’ve had the lamb, jerk chicken, and oxtails so far. The grill lamb and chicken are moist and you can tell it was fresh of the grill. The oxtails are delicious (fall off the bone). Definitely a go to spot for my Afro-Caribbean cravings!!!”

“Was here a couple weeks ago and had some of the best fish I’ve ever ate at any bar in Atlanta! I normally like my fish sliced very thin and fried crunchy but this was thick and meaty and I couldn’t stop eating til all of it was gone! All I can say is the chef knows what he’s doing! “The weekend brunch was delicious! They give a great variety and all of it was good. Beef noodle soup was my favorite but if you're on the fence on spicy, get the mild. Scallion pancake was my 2nd fav and it has all the flaky layers like the authentic ones. Too many places now serve it where it's just thick and chewy. Yifan gets it right!!”

“I wish they had an eat in restaurant! This place is great. We visited and the place smells delicious. I got some scones to go and didn't wind up waiting for a hot meal to go, we wanted sit-down. Having never been there before, we wanted to support local owners. We also got some lunches to heat up later. All in all a great variety of many foods and we will definitely be back! I loved the larger scones but they had smaller scones if you need a variety or a bunch for the office or whatever.”

There are some very spicy salsa options as well, even for people that love spicy food. Counter service means you can be in and out very quickly. A great lunch spot option if you are short on time.
